In that case we receive and log only the API requests the assistant makes on your behalf — the tool called, its parameters, and your account identity. We never receive, store, or process your conversations with the AI assistant.
Such data may include marketplace analytics, product data, search results, and other information necessary to provide functionality within the Services.
Data obtained through integrations is used to operate and provide the Services.
Data Dive does not use seller data obtained through integrations to compete with users.
Browser Extension Data
The Data Dive Chrome extension operates only on supported marketplace domains required to provide product functionality. The extension does not access browsing activity on unrelated websites.
The extension may process page content and marketplace data on supported domains in order to generate analytics, research insights, and related functionality within the Services.
Information collected through the Services may be used for purposes including:
providing, operating, and maintaining the Services
authenticating users and securing accounts
processing subscriptions and billing

As a rule: account and profile information is kept for the life of your account and deleted or anonymized within 12 months after account closure; marketplace and analytics data is kept while your subscription is active; API and integration access logs are kept for 12 months; billing records are kept as required by tax and accounting law. Data may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated earlier when it is no longer required for these purposes.
