Data Dive hires new Product Design Lead Ian Muirhead

During his tenure from 2016 to 2023, Ian achieved significant milestones including the establishment of the Design department and the Labs research program, the successful launch of three new SaaS products, and a user-focused redesign of core products which led to a 48% improvement in System Usability Scale (SUS). His strategic leadership contributed to Copperleaf’s revenue growth from $20M to $70M, alongside maintaining zero customer churn through effective design strategies that significantly enhanced customer satisfaction.
